Personal Data Processing Consent

The list of personal data of the Data Subject being processed:

• surname, first name and patronymic;
• contact phone number;
• email address;
• organisation name and job title;
• organisation Tax ID (INN);
• message content and equipment site parameters provided by the Data Subject in free-form text.

The consent is given for the following purposes:

• processing the enquiry and responding to it;
• preparing a commercial offer and technical calculations;
• concluding, performing and administering equipment supply, installation or service contracts;
• notifying of order status and service notices through agreed communication channels;
• fulfilling obligations under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The consent applies to the following actions by the Operator:

• collection, recording, systematisation and accumulation;
• storage, refinement (updating, modification), retrieval;
• use, transfer (provision, access);
• depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing may be carried out with or without automation tools (including processing in paper documents when executing contracts and work completion acts).

This consent is valid for 5 (five) years from the date it is given, or until it is withdrawn by the Data Subject.

The consent may be withdrawn by the Data Subject at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email address: info@anhelspb.com. The request must include the surname, first name, patronymic and contact details so that the Operator can identify the Data Subject.

The Operator stops processing the Data Subject's personal data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except for data the processing of which is mandatory by law.

The Data Subject agrees that personal data may be transferred to third parties within the scope and on the grounds set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Personal data is not transferred to foreign jurisdictions.

The Data Subject confirms that they are providing their personal data voluntarily, are aware of the rights set out in Articles 14–16 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and agree with the provisions of the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy.
