Diagnostics, repair, commissioning and installation supervision for ANHEL equipment. Engineer dispatched to site after we receive the completed service request.

The decision to dispatch a service engineer is made after we receive the completed and stamped request at info@anhelspb.com.

02 · What we do

Four service lines

  • Service and diagnostics

    On-site engineer visit, fault diagnostics, recommendations for repair and replacement of components.

  • Commissioning

    Bringing the equipment online: parameter checks, automation setup, test runs.

  • Installation supervision

    Technical oversight of installation carried out by the client's team. Checking compliance with the design.

  • Firmware and technical documentation

    Controller reflashing, settings recovery, provision of service documentation.

03 · What we need for the visit

To make sure the visit goes ahead on time

  1. 01

    On-site representative

    Authorised to sign the Service Protocol and apply the company stamp on the Work Completion Act.

  2. 02

    Equipment readiness

    Access to the equipment, ability to switch power on and off at the control cabinet, ability to open and shut off the water supply, ability to draw water at the test points.

  3. 03

    Completed request form

    Submitted to info@anhelspb.com — filled in and stamped.
