03 · DESCRIPTION
Purpose and operating principle
The ANHEL® control cabinet for sewage-pumping stations (KNS) automates pumping stations of every kind — from drainage sumps to sewage-transfer stations for wastewater. It is driven by external level sensors (float switches, electrodes, level transmitters) and shows the state of each pump and each float switch on the front panel.
Local mode allows pump start/stop from the front panel; automatic mode is driven by the level sensors. Motor protection, voltage monitoring and audible alarm come as standard. Integration with supervisory systems via Modbus RTU/TCP and Profibus DP.
04 · APPLICATIONS
Where it is deployed
Wherever automatic liquid transfer and level monitoring are required.
Sewage-pumping stations
Wastewater and foul-water transfer
Drainage sumps
Discharge from basements, technical floors, tunnels
Stormwater drainage
Control of stormwater pumps
Treatment works
Transfer and process-liquid feed
Tanks and reservoirs
Fill control of storage tanks
Construction pits
Groundwater discharge during construction
06 · ADVANTAGES
Why ANHEL®
Support for several level-sensor types and supervisory protocols.
Float switches, electrodes, level transmitters
Flexible integration of any level-sensor type — choose the right solution for the site.
Local and automatic modes
Mode selection for commissioning and maintenance; per-pump status indication.
Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus DP
Direct integration with supervisory systems — no extra gateways required.
DOL, soft start and VFD
Flexibility on start method — lower inrush currents and less wear on the pumping equipment.
Audible alarm and supply monitoring
Operator notification on alarms; voltage and phase monitoring as standard.
GOST assembly and TR TS certification
Factory assembly, quality control, declarations and passports — included with delivery.
