01 · MODULE 04

Heating-loop fill and make-up module

Make-up unit — integral to the indirect heating scheme. Skid-mounted: shut-off valves, circulation pumps, piping.

ANHEL — fill and make-up module

02 · Technical specifications

Series parameters

Reference characteristics. The final configuration is sized to the project brief.

  • Make-up pumps

    1 to 3standard
  • Heating-system DN

    DN 15 – DN 200
  • Max. temperature

    120°C
  • Pump control

    on/off / VFD / VFD-per-pump
  • Heat carrier

    water / glycol

03 · DESCRIPTION

Purpose and operating principle

The module handles the initial filling of the secondary heating loop and compensates for operational losses of heat carrier. Control is by pressure-sensor signal: when pressure drops below the set point, the module starts the pump and tops up the water until the rated regime is restored. Pump control is on/off, variable-frequency, or variable-frequency per pump (VFD-per-pump).

04 · APPLICATIONS

Where the module is used

  • Indirect (closed) heating systems requiring compensation of heat-carrier losses
  • Loops with an expansion tank and a defined static pressure
  • Initial filling of the secondary loop at system commissioning

05 · ADVANTAGES

Why ANHEL®

Factory assembly, quality control and our own automation.

  • Factory assembly

Block-modular construction — not improvised on-site assembly in the basement.

  • Made to order

Built to the heat-network design parameters with flexible capacity and heat-carrier options.

  • Quality control

Every module passes hydraulic and electrical testing before shipment.

  • Weather-compensated control

Automatic parameter selection from the outdoor sensor. Integrates with the building SCADA.

  • Long design life

Average service life of at least 15 years in normal operation.

  • Complete documentation set

Regulatory, operational and passport documents — all supplied with the delivery.
