03 · DESCRIPTION
Purpose and operating principle
Steam-condensate systems handle the receipt, pressure reduction and cooling of steam, plus the collection and return of condensate at facilities with steam-based heating. Condensate produced when steam cools retains up to 25% of the energy — making it a valuable heat carrier to return to the boiler. Control is by steam pressure and temperature, with protection against water-hammer. Materials are carbon or alloy steels selected to the process parameters.
04 · APPLICATIONS
Where the module is used
- Industrial facilities with steam-based heating
- Greenhouse complexes
- Production lines using process steam
- Boiler houses on a steam-condensate scheme
05 · ADVANTAGES
Why ANHEL®
Factory assembly, quality control and our own automation.
Factory assembly
Block-modular construction — not improvised on-site assembly in the basement.
Made to order
Built to the heat-network design parameters with flexible capacity and heat-carrier options.
Quality control
Every module passes hydraulic and electrical testing before shipment.
Weather-compensated control
Automatic parameter selection from the outdoor sensor. Integrates with the building SCADA.
Long design life
Average service life of at least 15 years in normal operation.
Complete documentation set
Regulatory, operational and passport documents — all supplied with the delivery.

08 · DOCUMENTATION
Documents and certificates
Specification sheet and certificate — for design and acceptance.
09 · OTHER MODULES
Other modules in the line
01
Heat intake and metering
Receives heat from the district network, performs commercial metering and distributes it to the building's energy systems.
Details02
Open heating circuit
Direct-coupled scheme: heat carrier from the trunk network feeds the building directly; DHW is drawn from the supply line.
