03 · DESCRIPTION

Purpose and operating principle

The monoblock design merges both stages of two-stage DHW into a single dual-pass plate heat exchanger separated internally by a baffle. This delivers two-stage energy efficiency with a smaller footprint and simplifies the piping — two stages in one device. It is used at facilities with limited substation space.

04 · APPLICATIONS

Where the module is used

  • Facilities with limited substation space
  • Retrofit of substations in constrained conditions
  • Energy-efficient projects with compactness requirements

05 · ADVANTAGES

Why ANHEL®

Factory assembly, quality control and our own automation.

  • Factory assembly

Block-modular construction — not improvised on-site assembly in the basement.

  • Made to order

Built to the heat-network design parameters with flexible capacity and heat-carrier options.

  • Quality control

Every module passes hydraulic and electrical testing before shipment.

  • Weather-compensated control

Automatic parameter selection from the outdoor sensor. Integrates with the building SCADA.

  • Long design life

Average service life of at least 15 years in normal operation.

  • Complete documentation set

Regulatory, operational and passport documents — all supplied with the delivery.
